It doesn’t actually make sense to talk about “technology” as a single subject. There’s nothing to say that a translator who specialises in automotive technology will know much about computer technology or construction technology. Our technical translators specialise in their own specific subject areas. Most of them have previously worked in a specific field of technology. Some industries are so specialised that they have their own specific terminology. If your company has reference materials or glossaries, these are always useful to us when producing translations.
